Joshua Tree

Joshua Tree is 800,000 acres of amazing hiking, rock climbing, camping, and more just a couple hours outside of Los Angeles. This area is home to a huge variety of flora and fauna. It is the junction of 3 diverse ecosystems - The Colorado Desert, The Mojave Desert and The Little San Bernardino Mountains. Weave through the granite monoliths and joshua trees by day and enjoy the clear, star-light sky by night.

ACTIVITIES
Hiking: From a couple hours hours strolling through the desert to reaching the top of Ryan Mountain on a moderate hike there are endless trails to explore this park through. Upon summiting Ryan Mountain, located in the center of the park, you will get unobstructed 360 degree views of the park. No matter if it is your first visit or your tenth there are hikes of all lengths and for all abilities.
Give Back: Spend a day giving back to this amazing national park. We will spend the day working with the Mojave Desert Land Trust to help continue to protect and maintain the Mojave Desert ecosystem. The days activity will depend on the needs of the MDLT but might include projects such as vertical mulching, trail rebuilding, native seed planting, desert salvage project and more.
Rock Climbing: Want to spend the day not only walking through the rocks at Joshua Tree, but climbing them? Joshua Tree is a well known climbers destination. We work with a local rock climbing guide service for the day to show us the ropes. Our guides meet us in our campground after breakfast and within a couple hours we will be climbing on the amazing monoliths seen throughout Joshua Tree.
